Theater That Moves. Theater That Changes.
Theater That
Matters.

The Sill Point Theater Company, 6th Fest’s non-profit sponsor, launches the inaugural
SOCIAL CHANGE THEATER FESTIVAL, a three-day celebration of socially conscious theater designed to inspire, connect, and empower. Through thought-provoking performances, transformative workshops, and meaningful dialogue, this festival brings together diverse voices to envision a more just and inclusive future.

Event Highlights:

  • Panels, workshops, and films featuring groundbreaking programs like Shakespeare Behind Bars.

  • Key performances, including Jabril’s Chains by Brian Beals, exonerated after 35 years.

  • Readings, such as Pangea by Carson Becker.

  • Workshops and readings with 6th Fest!

  • Virtual attendance via HowlRound for those unable to join in person.

This festival is more than an event—it’s a movement. Together, let’s use theater to break barriers, spark change, and build radical community.
